    Description

    I have for sale a vintage Univox Unicord EC-80A Echo Chamber from the 70's
    It is missing the outer case and knobs. It is just the metal clad, inner unit with tapes and labels wrapped all around.
    I believe it has been modded. But I do not know the extent of the mod, since I am not an expert and did not open to see.

    I bought it at an estate sale from Vincent Vinnie Bell's (well known guitarist) personal collection.
    Vinnie Bell (born Vincent Gambella, 1935, New York, USA) is an American session guitarist,
    and pioneer of electronic effects in pop music. (Wikipedia)
    This machine basically lets you play live guitar over pre-recored, looping tape.
    You can also change the sound with echo distortion.
    One thing of note, the recorded loop sound is not very loud. It may not have been recorded with correct level volume in the first place
    Sorry I'm not a guitarist, so I'm not too knowledgeable. but I made a quick short video that shows some of the settings.

    It comes with one Apollon recording tape, that has some samples of Vinnie’s playing. I believe this tape itself is very hard to find
    Approximate dimensions are: 9.5" wide, 3.5" tall, and 5" deep
    This is a very unique effects machine. That is in good vintage working condition overall
