  • Condition: This base has seen a lot of utility through its life. So close to the vocal chords of it's users...the stories it could tell. The original powder coat is scratched evenly just about everywhere. It is structurally sound. There are no divots, dents or cracks anywhere. It comes with it's original brass screw plug. A ton of great patina if you ask us, but certainly also a candidate for restoration for the new owner who wants his acquaintances to wonder whether or not it's a reproduction. These days there is a growing consensus that removing patina (re-finishing) is disrespectful to the artifact whose history is being erased. We concur.
