Vintage Switchcraft Studio Patchbay 48 1/4” Inputs

Vintage Switchcraft Patchbay 48 1/4” Inputs.
Not sure about model number. It has 24 inputs in top and bottom (total 48). I plugged a standard 1/4” guitar cable into the holes and it fit perfectly so I’m guessing this was used in a studio or Broadcast station for audio. There is a small chip on the bottom and top left corner of the face (see pics). There is one screw missing from top top of the unit as shown. I can see no other damage or issues but this has been stored for many years so it should be cleaned and gone over before use.
The unit measures 17-1/4” across by 2-1/8” high and 3-3/4” deep. The mounting centers with the side brackets is 18-3/8”. I would imagine you can get replacement brackets to make this fit a standard 19” rack system.
