Vintage 1930's Electro Voice V2 Ribbon Microphone w/ Stand & Cable-working

Offering a beautiful and functioning vintage
1930's ELECTRO VOICE V2 RIBBON MICROPHONE
with stand and connecting cable. (
The V2 and V3 are the larger in the V series.) Notice the old style maker's badge indicating this mic is one of the earlier V2 releases. These earlier V series mics also had the cable connector on the backside, whereas the 1940's V series changed to a 3 pin Amphenol style connector on the bottom of the casing.
This mic is in stellar
physical condition
with a well-preserved
grey aluminum cage (not repainted) and clean/undamaged wire mesh upper section. The support yoke has the original 2 side thumbscrews to hold the tilt angle. Best of all,
this mic sounds amazing
performing with rich tones and strong output.
INCLUDES the heavy aluminum Atlas
desk stand with
a 2 foot connecting cable
terminating with a 3 pin male XLR plug. The mic itself is about 7" tall...on with the stand measures 16".
