    Description

    EIGHT (8) OFFICIAL  B&W 8x10 photos of the USS ROWAN DD-782 undergoing FRAM at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.   Dated DEC 1963.   VERY Rare.    One of the best set of photos showing a destroyer INTERIOR being FRAM'd.    7 of the photos are compartments inside the ship such as laundry, engine room, pantry, sick bay, berthing.  One photo is in drydock.
