Quantec QRS/XL DA D-A 2 Output Converter Board Tested, Guaranteed. Good mechanical condition and appearance. In the photo you may notice a small label with a note about the 4520 IC. This IC is installed with one pin outside of the socket. The note just indicated that this is normal, and is the way these boards were built at the factory. This is the 2-output version of the board, for the QRS/XL version only.
