They say if you remember the 80's you probably weren't really there.
Well, I still remember them, and I was there.  In professional audio, it was an innovative period when start up companies flourished by building products that addressed unfilled market niches.  MXR (now ART) was such a company.  They noticed the then standard (Eventide Harmonizer) was priced out of reach for most musicians and smaller studios, created their own (now classic) 129 Pitch Transposer.  To one-up the competition, they also built that unit with 4 programable pre-sets...allowing the user to jump from one musical interval to another by simply touching a front panel button.  Taking things one step further, they created a foot switch to perform that function for players whose hands were likely otherwise occupied.  And that's what we have for sale here.
If you're lucky enough to still have a working MXR 129, this is the missing link to full functionality.  These could take a real beating, especially when used on stage in a guitar rig...so finding one in good condition is rare. I have two brand new ones for sale here.  Both even have their original die cut foam backers, designed to prevent them from sliding on the floor.  As an added bonus, the first buyer will receive the ORIGINAL box.  Sorry, I only have one of those.  Rock on.
