1995 Lafont Chroma Post Production Mixing Console (Analog 5.1 LCRS - surround)
This 60 channel surround sound mixing console was purchased from Chase Productions, Hollywood, in 2004.
NOTE: This is the actual console that was used to remix the newer/surround sound versions of the following iconic Hollywood movies for DVD release:
The Wizard of Oz
The Ten Commandments
Gone With The Wind
This Is Spinal Tap
2001 A Space Odyssey
As well as many Stanley Kubrick movies
And during the Kubrick remix sessions his wife drew Stanley's eyes on the center section (see close up photo).
This console is a one-of-a-kind collectors item - a piece of Hollywood history.

No recapping needed because this analog console has 1990's era newer capacitors. Some switches do need cleaning and a few channels need some maintenance.
