Electro-Voice EV 658L Dynamic Microphone Made in Tokyo Japan Vintage Tested
---  NOTE that the on/off switch doesn't turn the mic off unless pressed firmly down (likely just dirty).  The jack end has a dent around the rim but cables connect easily and normally (I tried a few female XLR plugs and had no issues).  I don't know the specs on the mic.  Kind of beat up looking with paint chips and wear.  The wire grille doesn't look totally uniform across the top (the top angles off to one side a bit but doesn't look obviously dented).  No cables or case, just the mic.
