Biostream Large Scale Industrial 83L Chromatography Column Hasteloy C-22 Acrylic

Description

This is a spectacular large scale chromatography column, originally custom fabricated for Genentech, from Hasteloy C-22 with the column itself of acrylic.  included pneumatic system for lifting center (top of column) assembly.
Maximum capacity is stated as 83L, but there is also a graduated volume scale with a range of 20-50L.  Column ID is 46cm, max bed height 50cm.  Design pressure 45psi at 70F.  Operating pressure is stated as 15psi, which is likely for the convenient pneumatic connections (see pic) for raising and lowering the top section of the column.
In terrific condition.  Could easily be mistaken for new.
