Ampex 1253746-02 remote record control w/speaker&mic - telemetry instrumentation

Sale is for ONE unit (even tho 2 might be shown in some pictures)
Ampex CAT# 1253746-02 wired (remote) control with a mic and speaker and controls for recording.
Sturdy metal box (3.75" X 5.5" X 1.5")  with a reinforced cable almost 3feet long that has a DIN 6pin male connector on the end.
On the side are 2ea. 1/8 jacks: "EXT OUT" & "EXT IN"
Top has a REPRODUCE VOLUME control and a RECORD button and ON/OFF toggle.  ALSO a MIC and 2 round speaker grilles.
Has a clip on the back just like a mobile radio mic clip for hanging up the mic.
Most likely for the Ampex Instrumentation / Telemetry Recorders used at WSMR missile Test Range and/or used by WSTF for NASA activities.  (wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Sands_Test_Facility)
They come from a WSMR/WSTF contractor that closed up shop.

All the part numbers are the same except one is REV H, and the other is REV. L
