Description
Iconic Mid Century American Microphone Company - Model D-22These mics can be seen in old 1950's - 60's photos of Fats Domino,Peggy Lee, Jackie Kennedy Onassis and many more - Also the Tom Hanks Movie "That Thing You Do"
When you find these mics these days, there's a good chance it has an OPEN or dead element and doesn't work. Many people like them and have them as displays or props for their Cool Mid Century Design.
Look at photos - Some scuffs and scratches - This one does work, but the element has been replaced with a 1970s JAPAN Element that fit the mic body.
The sound of the new element may have different specs and sound
different
than that of the original
I will be selling more these models this week, that either Do Not work or have a replacement Element. Please check my other items.
